Do your backpacks come with a built-in power bank?
Our backpacks feature an external USB charging port for convenience, but they do not include a power bank. You can easily connect your own portable charger to the internal cable.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
